A Simple Way to Keep Party RSVPs Organized
You don’t need to make this complicated.
Start with everyone on your Master Invite List. As each RSVP comes in, update the number of adults and children attending.
If they give you additional information, record it on the RSVP Information sheet and check RSVP Info Recorded on your Master Invite List.
If they decline, check Not Attending.
If you haven’t heard from them as the RSVP date gets closer, check Need to Contact.

Keep the Information You’ll Actually Need
One reason party planning lists can become overwhelming is that we sometimes try to collect every possible detail.
You probably don’t need all of it.
