Reset Your Closet
15 Minutes at a Time
Some days, opening the closet feels overwhelming before the day has even begun.
Clothes you no longer wear.
Empty hangers mixed with full ones.
Shoes that have wandered away from their pairs.
Laundry waiting to be put away.
It’s easy to think you need an entire weekend to fix it.
The truth is, you probably don’t.
A closet doesn’t need to be perfectly organized to make your mornings easier. It simply needs to work for you.
Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, spend just fifteen minutes making tomorrow a little easier.
Small resets are easier to begin, easier to finish, and much more likely to become a habit.
Gigi Says…
Don’t organize for Instagram.
Organize so you can find your favorite sweater without frustration.
A functional closet is always better than a perfect one.
Your One Small Step
Set a timer for 15 minutes.
Choose just one of these tasks.
Hang clean clothes.
Return shoes to their pairs.
Remove clothes that no longer fit your life.
Straighten one shelf.
Collect empty hangers.
Put away laundry.
Match accessories together.
When the timer ends, you’re done.
If you have energy for another fifteen minutes, wonderful.
If not, you’ve still made tomorrow a little easier.
